Sauna Saint Jean - CLOSED

Horrible irrespectueux de la clientel et en plus tres sale a fuir.

Patron tres désagréable entrée chère je me suis fait viré a vie pour ne pas être suffisamment sec en sortant de la douche alors que j étais un client abituel une sélection discriminante sur l age est pratique a l entree j ai 54ans.

Possédant un sauna en Bourgogne, j'aime beaucoup lorsque je visite une autre région, échanger avec des "collègues" et pourquoi pas recueillir des bonnes idées Eh bien là c'est raté!!!!! J'avais eu une expérience décevante il y a quelques mois, puisqu'on m'avais fait poirauter plus d'un quart d'heure dans le sas d'entrée, en faisant entrer devant moi tous les habitués et à priori je ne correspondait pas aux critères de séléction du caissier. Las, j'en avais fini par partir... Cette deuxième expérience, vendredi soir vers les 21 heures m'a permis de rentrer dans cet établissement qui se mérite... Il faut dire qu'il y avait à peine 10 personnes, donc mon entrée était toujours bonne à prendre pour la caisse. Pour le prix 18€..?...? rien d'indiqué clairement et lorsqu'on pose la question c'est tout juste si on obtient une vague réponse sur l'age...l'heure, le jour... Incompréhensible...Que fait la DGCCRF??? A l'intérieur une paire de claquettes est fournie c'est plutot bien, par contre il faut ABSOLUMENT se déchausser à l'entrée.. c'est à dire marcher jusqu'au vestiaire en chaussettes sur un sol mouillé...Pas très agréable ( et les claquettes étant mouillées également ce n'est pas la solution) A l'intérieur casiers minuscules, pas de porte manteaux,... Installations au minima avec un jacuzzi ou flotte une touffe de poils....PAs très excitant Les wc sont sales heureusement que j'avais les claquettes.... Etablissement plutôt sinistre, clientèle d'habitués snobs , ambiance peu sympathique... Et le clou du spectacle, le départ...Dans les vestiaires, le caissier ( patron?) vient recharger les casiers avec des serviettes et peu lui importe qu'il gène pour accéder aux casiers et s'habiller Il me répète que je ne dois pas me rechausser dans le vestiaire sauf à la porte d'entrée, et me le redis encore... ce qui m'agace prodigieusement car le ton est péremptoire, désagréable du style tu as payé maintenant tu peux te casser...!!! Insupportable, anti commerçant et incroyable en 2021 dans ce milieu d'être aussi C.. Je me fais limite virer, après avoir lu les différents avis ( les vrais car on voit bien qu'il y a des avis de complaisance), je rejoins la majorité : FUYEZ ne laissez pas un centime à cet établissement LE THIERS essayé le lendemain est l'opposé : accueil sympa, prix tres raisonnable ( 10€) établissement propre, beaucoup d'installations....ET BEAUCOUP DE MONDE alors n'hésitez pas Je ne suis pas bordelais, mais bourguignon venez visiter notre belle région, et vous pourrez comparer l'accueil et le service.... sans comparaison possible!

AFTER RETURNING WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE JACUZZI WAS NOT WORKING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECT TO NOTE IT ON THE DOOR IN THIS CASE WE ENTER OR NO. BUT THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT OFFER US A REFUND!!! INSIDE RRIEN WAS NOT READY A COLD HAMMAM LIKE THE DRY SAUNA; WE MAKE SURE THAT AT THE OPENING EVERYTHING WORKS IT WANTS TO SAY THAT WE WELCOME CUSTOMERS AND INSIDE A GLACIAL TEMPERATURE. RAISED ON THE BASE: 18 ° WHEN WE KNOW THAT WE'RE MOVING NEARLY HAIR IT IS DEPLORABLE BUT THIS TYPE OF CANDLE SAVING WILL MAKE CUSTOMERS ALREADY LOST. THE PRICE OF BEVERAGES IS BAD THEREFORE WE'RE SATISFIED WITH WATER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WE WILL GET BACK ON THE THEIRS!!!

I was denied access to the sauna because of my age (57 years), it would be uncomfortable for me to be with young people! I was offered instead to go to Sauna Sauna. Really good idea, we find men of all ages and where cleanliness is impeccable. My memories of the St-Jean sauna were not as positive as what I experienced and lived in the Thiers sauna. And I tell myself that one day, these two young people from the reception will become old. They may understand that sexuality is not just about beauty and youth.

Staff with very bad behavior, especially the guy at the bar: instead of informing people, as soon as he doesn’t like something he speaks very aggressively against you and finally put expels you! The dry sauna was lukewarm and there was no more water available. So I went to fill the basin at the nearest tap, as it is done in all the saunas of the world. The guy from the bar has arrived in the minute talking immediately aggressively, to say that we should not do that, we must ask him and that there are cameras everywhere! (as if we had something to hide). I told him that it was not necessary to be aggressive and asked him how I could know it since nothing is posted in this way. He became even more aggressive and said that it was up to him to do it, then left with the basin without returning to put water. When asking him 10 minutes later at the bar if he could bring back the basin with water, he became aggressive again and within 2 minutes he ordered us to leave! In talking with other customers on site, we learned that this behavior was not uncommon. When on leaving we reported the incident to the boss at the checkout, he totally covered his employee ... and also said that it was his husband ... Everything was said. So we understood why this continues. This team is unable to challenge itself: to be convinced, just read their reactions to all the negative opinions below, in which the customer is always responsible. They never admitted the slightest mistake. Never have we had such a bad experience in a gay institution. When it comes to the facilities, the sauna is clean, but the performance is average: the dry sauna is not very warm (hence our demand for water to raise the temperature) and the bubbles of the jacuzzi are without pressure. We did not have time to test the hammam! This sauna is perfect for those who like to be treated badly.
